This type of Ginseng is believed to increase testosterone, build sperm counts and it is supposed to help improve sperm motility. Saw Palmetto is also believed to enhance fertility in men, in addition to being beneficial to prostate health. Two other common herbal fertility treatments for men are Tribulus and Astralagus. Often these herbal remedies can be purchased in combination formulas eliminating the need to take multiple remedies separately. Although there is no hard proof that these remedies work, used under the advice of a physician, herbalist or nutritionist they may be beneficial. People have been turning to more natural methods to assist in curing their fertility issues for thousands of years.
